Carthage was one of the great civilizations of the Mediterranean, shaped by trade, the land, and the sea.
For centuries, the olive tree has been part of this history. Rooted in the Tunisian landscape, it has passed through generations and produced a fruit that has become a symbol of life, abundance, and sharing.
